Shipping

Every order ships via USPS from Moca, Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is part of the US Postal Service's domestic network, so shipments to the 50 states and Puerto Rico are domestic mail — no customs forms, no import fees. We do not currently ship internationally outside the United States and Puerto Rico.

Orders ship within 5 business days of payment clearing. Most ship faster — that window covers busy weeks and live-sale settlement.

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order at checkout, using flat weight-band rates. Orders totaling $100 or more that weigh 1 kilogram (about 2.2 lb) or less ship free; heavier or lower-value orders pay the flat rate for their weight band, shown before you pay.

Once your order's label is printed and scanned by USPS, we send tracking information to the email on your order.

We're not responsible for delays once a package is in USPS's hands, but we're happy to help you file a claim for a lost or badly delayed package — contact us with your order number.

We do not ship outside the United States and Puerto Rico at this time.
