Before your order ships
You can cancel and receive a full, no-questions-asked refund any time before your order ships. Contact us using the email in our site footer and we'll cancel and refund it.
After delivery
If an item arrives significantly different from its listing description, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us with your order number and what's wrong; once we approve the return, you're responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our error (wrong item shipped, listing error, etc.), in which case we cover it. We refund the item price once we receive and inspect the returned piece.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the item and packaging and contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We'll refund or replace the piece — your choice, subject to availability, since most pieces are one of a kind.
How to start a return
Email us at the contact address in our site footer with your order number, the issue, and photos if applicable. We handle every return by hand — expect a personal reply, not a bot.
Card disputes
If something's wrong with an order, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything directly, a lot faster than a card-network dispute. If you do open a dispute with your bank or card issuer, we'll respond with our order and shipping records.
