Are the crystals real?
Yes — every piece is a genuine mineral specimen, hand-picked at wholesale gem sales. We sell real stones as game-table treasure, not mass-cast resin.
Do you ship from Puerto Rico? Is that international?
We ship USPS from Puerto Rico, which is DOMESTIC US mail — no customs, no import fees, normal Priority Mail times to all 50 states.
How do live-sale claims work?
Comment CLAIM #CODE (e.g. CLAIM #AMY-001) during our IG/TikTok live. We mark it claimed and DM you a payment link. You have 48 hours to complete payment before the piece returns to the shop.
What does 'only one exists' mean?
Most of our specimens are one of a kind. When it sells, it's gone — we keep sold pieces visible as an archive of adopted treasures.
Is this a metaphysical / healing shop?
No. We love the lore, but we make no healing claims. We sell real minerals as loot props, arcane focus pieces, and collector specimens for gamers.
